Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Next Day: If order is placed before 4pm from Monday- Friday
- Free Shipping: Up to 3 days, when order is over €100
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over €100.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship within the Ireland, United Kingdom & internationally. For international orders, additional customs fees may apply.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
